Common questions

When do I get paid?
Gumroad processes payouts on a rolling basis once your balance reaches their minimum threshold. Payments go to your PayPal or bank account — no action required from you each month.
How long does the cookie last?
30 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes within 30 days, you earn the commission — even if they don't buy on the first visit.
Do I earn on renewals?
Yes. Commission is recurring — you earn 20% every month your referral stays subscribed, not just on the first payment.
What if a referral asks for a refund?
If a subscription is refunded within the 3-day guarantee window, the commission is reversed. Commissions on renewals beyond the first month are not reversed for refunds.
Can I promote Rezdge if I'm an Enterprise subscriber?
Yes — Enterprise subscribers are welcome to apply. Your affiliate link is separate from your subscription.
Are there restrictions on how I promote?
You must disclose your affiliate relationship (FTC requirement). You may not use paid advertising that targets Rezdge brand keywords, bid on our name in Google Ads, or make misleading claims about the product. See our full Terms of Service for affiliate conditions.
