Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Rezdge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About Rezdge

Rezdge ("Service", "we", "us") is an AI-powered career tool available at rezdge.com. It is operated by a small independent team, not a corporation or staffed company. The Service provides automated resume analysis, document generation, and career coaching suggestions powered by third-party AI technology.

Rezdge is a software tool, not a professional career advisory service. It does not employ human career advisors, recruiters, or legal counsel. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes professional advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. The Service — Scope and Limitations

Rezdge provides AI-generated output based on the content you submit. You expressly acknowledge and accept the following:

• AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or suggestions that are not suitable for your specific situation.
• The Service does not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to job interviews, employment offers, salary increases, or career advancement.
• Results will vary significantly depending on factors entirely outside our control, including the job market, individual employer preferences, your qualifications, and the quality of the input you provide.
• The Service is provided on a best-effort basis by a small independent platform with limited support capacity.

4. Free Tier

A free tier is offered at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time without notice. Free tier usage is subject to daily rate limits and may be throttled or restricted during periods of high demand.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Pro and Premium subscriptions are processed through Gumroad, Inc. By subscribing you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service. Your subscription will renew automatically each month until cancelled.

• You may cancel at any time directly from your Gumroad receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Subscription fees are charged in USD. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal cycle, and we will provide at least 7 days' notice where possible.
• A license key is issued by Gumroad upon purchase and must be activated manually in the Service. We are not responsible for delays in receiving your license key caused by Gumroad or your email provider.

6. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 3-day (72-hour) money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request must be submitted within 72 hours of your first payment by emailing info@rezdge.com.
• The guarantee applies to your first subscription period only. It does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades, or repurchases.
• The guarantee is no-questions-asked. If Rezdge isn't right for you, email us within 72 hours for a full refund — no explanation required.
• We reserve the right to decline a refund only in clear abuse cases: automated or bulk usage, excessive generation volume inconsistent with individual use, or repeated repurchase-and-refund patterns.
• Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.
• No refunds are available after the 72-hour window except where required by applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

Personal use (Free, Pro, Premium)

Free, Pro, and Premium subscriptions are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate documents for paying clients, or as part of any commercial or professional service offering
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its outputs
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or programs to make requests to the Service
• Share your license key with third parties or use it on multiple accounts simultaneously
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls
• Submit content that contains malicious code, is unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others

Commercial and professional use (Enterprise only)

An active Enterprise subscription ($29/mo) grants the license holder the right to use the Service as part of a professional or commercial service offering, subject to the following conditions:

• Permitted uses include: career coaching, CV writing services, HR consulting, outplacement services, and similar professional activities where Rezdge is used as a tool by one operator on behalf of clients
• The Enterprise license covers one individual operator. It does not permit team access, shared login, or simultaneous use by multiple people
• You may not resell or redistribute Rezdge output as a standalone AI service or create a competing product
• All other Acceptable Use conditions (no automation, no scraping, no key sharing) continue to apply
• If your Enterprise subscription expires, lapses, or is refunded, commercial use rights are immediately revoked

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.

8. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it solely for providing the Service in that session. We do not store your content after processing and do not use it to train AI models.

9. AI-Generated Output

All output produced by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence. You expressly acknowledge that:

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content
• The Service does not guarantee that its output will improve your job prospects or any other career metric
• Nothing in the Service's output constitutes legal, financial, HR, or professional career advice

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable at any time due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service failures (including AI provider outages), or reasons beyond our control.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Modify, update, or remove any feature, tool, or aspect of the Service at any time
• Change the AI models, providers, or underlying technology used
• Adjust rate limits, usage quotas, or access conditions for any tier
• Suspend or terminate the Service entirely

Feature changes within a functioning service do not constitute grounds for a refund. If the Service is discontinued entirely, we will provide a pro-rated refund of prepaid fees for the remaining unused period.

11. Third-Party Services

Rezdge relies on third-party services including Anthropic (AI), Gumroad (payments), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (session data), and Resend (email delivery). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of these providers. Outages or changes by any third party may affect the Service without prior notice from us.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REZDGE AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $10 USD (TEN US DOLLARS) IN TOTAL.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rezdge and its operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Support

Rezdge is operated by a small independent team. Support is provided on a best-effort basis by email at info@rezdge.com. We do not offer guaranteed response times, phone support, or live chat. We reserve the right to limit support for issues outside the scope of the Service's core functionality.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator is located. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class action litigation.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Rezdge regarding the Service.

19. Reviews and Testimonials

By submitting a review or testimonial to Rezdge via email or any other channel, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce your review on rezdge.com and in related marketing materials.

When displaying your review, we will show only the following information:

• Your first name and last initial (e.g. "Sarah M.")
• Your job title or role (if provided)
• Your US state or country (if provided)

We will never display your full last name, email address, or any other personal information alongside a review without your explicit written consent. By submitting a review, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to share it.

We reserve the right to edit reviews for length, clarity, or to remove identifying information, provided the meaning is not materially altered. We also reserve the right to decline to publish any review at our sole discretion.

20. Affiliate Program

Rezdge operates an affiliate program through Gumroad. By participating as an affiliate, you agree to the following additional conditions:

• Disclosure: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable law. Failure to disclose may result in immediate removal from the program.
• Honest promotion: You may not make false or misleading claims about Rezdge, its features, pricing, or results. All promotional content must be factually accurate.
• No brand bidding: You may not run paid advertising campaigns that target Rezdge's brand name, trademarks, or variations thereof as keywords.
• Commission structure: Affiliates earn 20% of each subscription payment made by referred customers. Commissions are tracked and paid through Gumroad's affiliate system. We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice.
• Refund reversals: Commissions earned on refunded first-month subscriptions are reversed. Commissions on subsequent renewals are not reversed.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Earned commissions at the time of termination remain payable per Gumroad's schedule.
• No guarantee: Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee earnings. Commission amounts depend entirely on your referral activity.
