Rezdge is built around a simple principle: process what you send us, return the result, and keep nothing. Here is exactly what that means in practice.

1. Who We Are

Rezdge is an AI-powered career tool operated by a small independent team at rezdge.com. It is not a corporation with a data department — it is a small software service run by a small team.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum necessary to operate the Service:

• Content you submit — resume text, cover letters, job descriptions, and other inputs. This content is transmitted to Anthropic's API for AI processing and is not stored on our servers. It exists in memory only for the duration of a single request.
• License key (hashed prefix) — if you purchase a paid plan, your license key is stored in your browser's localStorage on your device. A hashed prefix is stored in our rate-limiting database solely to enforce daily usage limits. We do not store the full key or link it to personal identity information.
• IP address and request counts — anonymous per-IP request counts are stored temporarily (resetting daily) to enforce rate limits. Not linked to personal identity and not used for any other purpose.
• Analysis history (Pro/Premium) — generated documents are stored linked to a hashed version of your license key for 30 days (Pro), 90 days (Premium) or 180 days (Enterprise), then automatically deleted. You can delete your history at any time from within the Service.
• Email address — only if you choose to email yourself an analysis or document. Used solely to deliver that one email and not stored or used for marketing.

3. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account registration, an email address, or any personal details to use the free tier.
• We do not store the full text of any content you submit.
• We do not use third-party advertising networks or behavioral tracking pixels.
• We do not run marketing analytics that identify or profile you.
• We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for their own purposes.

4. How Your Content Is Processed

Text you submit is sent via encrypted HTTPS to Anthropic, PBC for AI processing. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. Anthropic states that data submitted via their API is not used to train their models by default. Review their policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

5. Payments

All payments are handled by Gumroad, Inc. We receive confirmation of a successful payment and a license key — never your card number, billing address, or other payment details. Review Gumroad's privacy policy at gumroad.com/privacy.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage on your device to store your license key, subscription tier, and daily free-tier usage counters. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers except as described above. You can clear it by clearing localStorage for rezdge.com in your browser settings.

7. Infrastructure

The Service is hosted on Vercel, Inc. Session data and rate-limiting counters are stored on Upstash, Inc. Email delivery is handled by Resend, Inc. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy.

8. Data Retention

• Submitted content — not stored; processed in memory and discarded immediately.
• Rate limit counters — reset daily; auto-expire.
• Analysis history (Pro) — retained for 30 days, then auto-deleted.
• Analysis history (Premium) — retained for 90 days, then auto-deleted.
• Analysis history (Enterprise) — retained for 180 days, then auto-deleted.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have rights under applicable data protection law (including GDPR or CCPA) to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Because we collect minimal identifying information, in most cases there is nothing to request. For any question or request, contact info@rezdge.com.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at or intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11. International Users

The Service is intended primarily for users in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data may be processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
